Linda began to paint when she was 13 years old and won an art contest in Middleton, Ohio in 1961. While teaching school in Hawaii, she began to sell some of her work and do private commissions. More recently, with her children grown, she has been active in the Denver art community. One of her landscape studies was recently made part of the permanent exhibition in the University of Denver's new residence hall, Nagel Hall, along with nearly two dozen acclaimed painters from Colorado and France.
